Professional licensing agreement for DAW templates and ghost production services. These terms govern your use of all Abletonic products and services.

License Grant
Upon purchase, Abletonic grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use our DAW templates (Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro) for commercial and personal projects.
This license allows unlimited use of the templates in your music productions, including commercial releases, streaming, and live performances.
You may modify, edit, and incorporate template elements into your original works without restriction or additional fees.
Permitted Uses
Create and release original music using template elements on any platform or record label
Perform music created with templates at live venues, festivals, and events
Use templates for educational purposes in music production courses or tutorials
Collaborate with other artists using template elements in joint productions
Stream and monetize content created with templates on all digital platforms
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original template files with third parties
Templates cannot be uploaded to sample libraries or beat-selling platforms in their original form
The underlying template structure and arrangement cannot be claimed as your original composition
Reverse engineering template elements for redistribution is strictly prohibited
Templates may not be used to create competing template libraries or similar products
Ownership and Copyright
Abletonic retains all copyright and ownership rights to the original template files
You own all rights to original music created using template elements as building blocks
No attribution to Abletonic is required in your finished productions or releases
Template purchases are licensed, not sold - you receive usage rights, not ownership
All intellectual property in templates remains with Abletonic and its ghost producers
Quality and Compatibility
Templates are professionally produced and tested for compatibility with Ableton Live 10+, FL Studio 20+, and Logic Pro X
We ensure all templates load correctly with proper routing and effects chains
Third-party plugin requirements are clearly disclosed in template descriptions
Technical support is available for legitimate compatibility issues
We continuously update templates to maintain compatibility with new DAW versions
Payment and Downloads
All sales are final due to the immediate digital delivery nature of our products
Download links are provided immediately after successful payment processing
Access to purchased templates is provided indefinitely through your account dashboard
Failed downloads due to technical issues will be resolved promptly by our support team
Pricing is subject to change, but purchased templates retain their licensed permissions
Refund Policy
All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges are provided for any digital products
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, refunds are not possible as the product cannot be returned
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately
We encourage you to review product descriptions, preview audio, and system requirements before purchasing
Technical support is available for legitimate compatibility issues - our team will help resolve any technical problems
Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and license revocation
Liability and Warranties
Templates are provided 'as is' without warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose
Abletonic is not liable for any consequential damages arising from template use
Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the specific template
We do not guarantee commercial success of music created using our templates
Users assume all risk for creative and commercial decisions involving template use
Account and Services
User accounts require accurate contact information and secure password management
Account sharing or credential distribution to third parties is prohibited
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms
Custom ghost production services are subject to separate agreements and pricing
Service availability may vary and is subject to maintenance and technical requirements
Changes and Termination
These terms may be updated periodically with advance notice to users
Continued use of services after term changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
We may terminate services for violation of terms or illegal activity
Upon termination, download access may be revoked, but licensed templates retain their permissions
Material changes to licensing terms will not affect previously purchased templates
